    Wolf cannot be turned into a pet. If you struggle in survival, dont mind those stupidities. You are gonna eat that.
  3. Can we get way of shooting revolver in single action mode for more accurate hits? Or any future improvement of this firearm, like true revolver function where you can hit an empty chamber betweem shots in non fully cylinder? Because Revolver doesnt look so polished in terms of animation and feeling. Quality of work spent on rifle seems and feel much better.
  4. PIcking every single stick is fine, you have to pick it. Hoovering everything automaticaly is too easy. I would rather solve more intuitive item transport from inventory into a box.
  5. 1. If you can set every detail, game becomes predictable. Zero challenge. Leads to point No. 3. 2. Int good idea some gameplay suggestions apply in Interloper only. It will mislead other player. Game mechanics should be consistent for all modes. 3. I think that Interloper needs more variety in spawn. That's all. Even for tools and their repairing items, which are spawned without any variety.. More randomness means more non predictable gameplay, which is fun and challenge.
  6. Maybe you can start with liter of clean water. As your emergemency backup before you get a tablets or ability to boil a water. And also spread more water bottles in world. Puridication tablets are redundant now, nobody needs them because there is alway source of potable water.
  7. I dunno, but if you dissasemble water tank feeding bowl when flushing, you find mold and other nasty stuff. I would never drink that without boiling. Its basically like melted snow ingame. Maybe a much worse, because steady old water is a heaven for bacterias.
  8. I think water from toilet should require purification tablets or boiling. Find potable water in long deserted areas, is not very realistic. Especially in toilets. It brings more challenge.
  9. I would also appreciate if we can get rid of bodies. Bury them or something like that.
  10. Revolver occasionally can spawn in Interloper. But its a bug and it will be removed. Interloper will always be without firearms.

  12. Why not, i like this. Especially with craftable tin can heater or rocket stove for indoor with no stoves (trailers). You can prepare it in can but can will be mostrly ruined after collecting birch oil. I see it as option for us, who dont care about fishing, because there is no fishing huts.
  13. those dynamic events, like tree fall is nice but almost impossible to do. Its valid only for area next to player, but hard to determine, what to do with that. It can affect all trees? How? Fallen trees will buggy other objects and animal AI. Same with buildings, you have now dynamic building blocation (barricaded) and they can be burned when you start the game. But as dynamic event? Can it burn all buildings in distant future? Long dark is game where level terrain isnt very dynamic. Deal with it. I really doubt that devs will do that because it can bring seriuous mess. Possible are weather patters and some effects, like those animals. i would love to see whales in distant sea.

  16. I think the easy solution is slowing ring indicator for eating/drinking a little bit.
  17. As we know, we wont get changing hand models based on mittens or gloves. But can we be forced to take off gloves before using a rifle? Or take chance on frostbite when your rifle is showed with naked hands (presumption that character took off gloves automatically off screen). Same system can be applied for any item in bare hand (revolver, latern, flare, etc)...
  18. I dont know why Hinterland didnt implemented this easy detail. Probably busy. This detail should come fast.
  19. Devs certainly wont waste time with creating more models of one gun, because of gun wear. They will leave it as it is. You read the condition of gun in inventory. Accept or leave.
  20. devs can dismmised that dirt is inside of weapon and dirty surface doesnt reflec true weapon condition. Rifle with crack on butt will work fine, just like scratched revolver. Maybe like food get status into name ("dusty", "banged up"), you can use same system for guns. ("dirty", damaged) and connect it with different textures of dirt.
  21. If you gun is falling apart, then its not for a repair but for scrap yard. Scratches reminding me Far Cry 2 and tit had really bad worn out mechanics. I would use combination of dirt and snow. Snow applied in struggles, dirt in use. Dirt is changing texture, snow whole model of gun, because you have bubles of snow sticking on guns. However with snow its problem it should melt down when gun is hot. So swapping texture with dirty look would be sufficient solution.
  22. I would add bundles of sticks as craftable item. Then it will work like box with sticks inside. But we really need item stack. Especially for fuel, matches and other stuff.
  23. But Aurora can light up gas-discharge lamp due to electromagnetical field without significant amount of power, even with open circuit and no current. Barely it lights normal lightbulb ingame. Thats certainly different game than charge 50 Ah car battery, or run 2 kW heater. You dont even know, if Aurora didnt fryed all low power power circuits in electronics. Devices, like heaters and lighbulbs survived itself, because its without semiconductors, but control unit is gone, so there is no way how to turn on the still operational heater, becase driving logic is burned. Even so, car battery will never provide enough power for long term cooking. 2 kW heater will suck 45 Ah car battery in 15 minutes.
  24. Without periodical devs blog (like weekly in Rust) people are losing interest in game, so dont be shocked that people post no question in Mailbag. Dont be suprised, Raphael and dont except any gratefullness.
