I haven't built a travois yet, but I imagine they would make a great storage container to be left in certain places (perhaps somewhat replacing rock caches?). Wonder what their decay rate is if left outside/inside.

I've played for about 5 hours so far. Love the new howling wind sound in caves Love how harvested animals now visually show as “ravaged” and realistic! Love the mine interiors Finally found Miner’s Flashlight! Zone is so big! One of my favorite parts of this game - just exploring new places So many new assets. Glad to see just not recycling old. New music tracks are great! One does kind of remind me of Stranger Things soundtrack though More coming soon, I'm sure!

I've only been in ZoC since update, but I have noticed a larger quantity of maple saplings than normally experienced. No doubt to account for their need in fabricating the travois.

I can confirm, that is consider "ravaged". Just killed a wolf which was feasting on a newly killed deer. I was able to harvest it by hand, albeit taking 3 hours.

This - ever since they nerfed the wolf behavior mechanics. Used to be too easy To answer the OP, I don't think I've ever built a rock cache.

I would think a new Story Mode Region will at some point be incorporated into Survival. Just based off history.

You never indicated if the user had bought the DLC or not. I've learned not to assume anything so was simply seeking clarification. Now, who is dumb?
