An easier solution would be to have a circle loading bar with a message, " your cabin is in the process of burning down". Then, the cabin is being replaced by a burned down building😁👍

Has anyone tried studying when your butt end is spewing brown matter all over the toilet seat? Well, I have, and it's very difficult to concentrate on leaving a reply, let alone to study how to craft some fancy leather shoes. When you have an affliction, such as stomach infection, it makes you very weak and you only want to lie down instead of studying algebra or whatnot.

When I see a bear, my brain goes into overdrive to find a spot from which I can send my arrow of death and take his goodies. Except recently, where I was navigating in a fog and heard a bear close by and didnt want to duel. I like hunting in TLD, so a bear or a moose is more often than not is a welcoming sight. Honestly though, will and astrid are expert hunters and are well aware of their surroundings, making terrain work for them to avoid predators when needed.

After having good night's sleep at community hall in PV, I set out for my place on Coastal. Weather wasn't very good. Fog was lingering through the morning. I can't see much, but I can hear bear snoring not very far. Shortly after, I find his tracks... shortly thereafter, making a small detour, I find these! Thank you! Making my way to the mine, I hear wolf bark and then whimper away. As I get closer, I see this scene unfurl. Enemy of my enemy is my friend...I guess? Thank you bear! after reaching coastal, I am greeted with unlimited visibility and tranquil vistas of EAT THIS, WOLF!!! Can't have my meat in your mouth. You'll have to settle for your own!! Cheers.

I'd enjoy watching them all eat each other! Not very long ago, I was preying a wolf, who was preying a deer. Both ran uphill before I could get either one!

Well, I think catering to only slower systems means leaving a lot of graphical detail out on the table. Those things can always be tuned down when operator has limited processing power. UktraHD 4k textures and billion polygon models for everyone!!

That doesn't change the fact that quite often, these exterior locations have almost as much detail inside as an interior location would. Besides, it's not completely exterior🤔since you can cure guts and stuff inside. If you take mountaineers hut for example, it has a lot of detail inside. Also watch tower at bleak inlet has a lot of detail inside as well. On the other hand, if all those houses at milton were see-through, I doubt most GPUs could cope with extra load. On the other-OTHER hand, if you take red dead redemption2, it's got a lot more detail in the world AND inside houses, which don't have loading screens. Ah, can't wait to have milton look like St.Denise.🤤🤤🤤

You are right, it must be a lot more processing power than say, having see through windows in mystery lake trappers cabin. A head scratcher for sure.

I do agree, but on the other hand, what else is there to do in the wilderness if it doesn't involve hunting and crafting clothes? One will have to resort to collecting plants, walking a lot and eating left over food. On occasion, fixing a sprain from bandage that she crafted from harvested clothes...

Nothing on easier difficulty either. Maybe you can bring a set of tools or a gun cleaner and go exploring elsewhere, then come back and be amazed how you could have missed such a great find!😂

Well, even if it were first person with feet and body added, it would become a lot more immersive. Imagine Astrid looks at her hand and only four fingers are present, instead of the usual five. Or perhaps a hole in the bloody leg as she gets blurry vision and passes out for a few minutes, then upon wakeup starts frantically mumbling to herself(aka player) what to do as she's a doctor. Will should just die I guess. He's a pilot who didnt even bring much survival gear and is the reason their both in trouble. @oplli, in the game. I run naked in the game. I get naked to run faster and longer. Taking that away from me would be brutal. It's like pilot without wings, same for me; stinky without sprinting is death by depression. In my recent days, most fun I had was hunting deer and wolves.

No😥...it's all menus and loading wheels! You don't have a leg gushing with blood animation and all sorts of profanities or blacking out after you poke yourself with a needle. It would be just a longer more tedious clicking and waiting for the loading screen to finish.

I do not like logic, @Old Hermit. This is a game. With amount of time I spend inside wolf mouth, I would never walk right!

You can make carcasses disappear by harvesting it. Unfortunately not for humans. I wonder if hinterland will add that later?
