What other difficulties did you usually play? I've never played in Interloper: animals seem too 'hostile' and I heard some youtubers say they don't enjoy it, it's like dying after few days and start again. I usually play Voyager (and starting to play more in Stalker).

Well, I dont really like Stalker for the same reasons you mentioned about Interloper, but I would usually play Voyager custom game with Pilgrim level of loot (I like looting), Interloper level of cold, I would set so the world gets colder over time and other resources become less frequent over time, I would lower the amount of wolves encountered, but I would make them deadlier, and I would increase the detection radius of all animals to make hunting and predator avoiding more challenging. I set starvation and fatigue to degrade slower, but increase the thirst rate slightly. I set condition recovery to be very slow (over-time) and I set condition recovery from sleeping to be somewhat lower. Naturally, Id make predators hostile, but I would also make scaring them easy, to mimic a realistic behaviour.

Id call these "Voyageurish modes" the "Prepper mode". Its basically as close as I can get to a realistic mode with the settings we have.

Right now, Id also turn off sprains because they are not working well, but perhaps after the newest update, if the sprains get finally fixed, I might include those in the future as well.
