  1. I guess that I missed one spot as I had not looked around where the 2nd note was, so it wouldn't put the one on the 'tween rope shelf to then get to into the box. guess you need to do that in that order. My first time, I did find the one, but for got it on the 2nd time through. Also, the hidden cache that you find next to the cave takes up one of the 5 Rock Cache spots for the zone. So, if you want to use that for your own personal cache, then you have to remove the cache to take it from the list...
  2. 5) Removed Reshi and other items showing back up on map after being harvested and then redrawing the map. See above map, as all items (Reshi, Old Mans Beard & saplings that are showing on this map) have all been harvested. Some have disappeared after getting harvested, mostly Rose Hips, but also most of the saplings as well...
  3. 4) Prop Deer in MT, on the Upper shelf outside cave that goes between the Spruce Falls Bridge (near the Bear Den) an the area near the Plane. You have to get to the deer though the cave as there is a one way down to the Rabbit Warren pond... (See screenshot) That prop Deer. The Deer is present as we have crows flying, but the Deer is inaccessible due to being buried too deeply in the terrain. Deer also shows on map, but you just can't get to it...
  4. Approaching Prop Shelter in HRV, located near to the Stair Step falls... Looking over it, it currently shows as Ruined Let's Dismantle said Ruin But, after dismantling that ruin, we now have a good snow shelter.... It shows that it is at 66% condition. And when we look at a different spot of the shelter, we find that it is almost full (I had repaired one to full not to long back) at 98% And to be sure, we again look as a different spot and again see the 66% one and finally, while looking at this more closely, we again find one that is Ruined as well... I did submit a ticket a few days ago because I had gotten stuck in one and it took me several tries to get out of it.
  5. The same Prop Shelters are also showing multiple shelters in same place, all with different levels of condition. You can get stuck inside same shelter. If you remove all but one, when you come back to it later, it shows the same.
  6. Glitches in New Update that I have experienced: 1) Multiple numbers of same items of Stone and Coal in HRV/MT cave system. You can pick up multiple numbers (3-5 for each item) from the same spot. I've had to dump piles of coal and stone inside the caves. I have so much coal that I really don't need to chop any wood. 2) Prop Snowshelters in HRV are showing multiple shelters on same spot that are in various states of condition. You can get stuck in them too easy, forcing restarting the game. 3) HRV Central Bear de-spauned, including his cave bone leftovers, after being shot twice and then shooting and killing the other Bear. First bear never died and had waisted several rifle rounds in the process.
  7. First off, love the new stuff!! So, I got the New DLC right after it was released. All play has been in straight Stalker. First run, started in BR and quickly headed to TFTFT. Had gotten to the first trailer in the FT and realized that I should have done more in BR (as well as gotten more stuff ) before heading into the new Zone. Had headed back and was working over BR when getting killed by a lot of wolves. I figured that I should start other areas and then go to the new zone when ready, so my 2nd run, I started in HRV. I was about finished finding everything in HRV, had bumped over to MT to get a few really needed things and was starting to work at getting things out of HRV into MT when I ran into a bunch of Wolves between the two Ice Caves and died. But I had found the HRV Key and had gotten the item from the lock-box before doing so. And now this time, I had started in MT, had found the MT Key and had gotten into the MT lock-box and had started to move into HRV, to find weapons & stuff. I had done all the Upper MT and on this run, had not found a Rifle nor a Bow nor a Hatchet. Once I had gotten into HRV, I had found all 3. I had also found the Memento Hint paper, but no key to go with it. And If I try the MT key on the HRV lock-box, it won't open. I've now have finished up all of HRV (except for getting my loot back to MT) and no key in sight. Help!!!
  8. Yeah, when you have passed that point several times (while transferring stuff) and there is nothing there for a long time, then "poof", a prop deer appeared and not looking a gift bug in the mouth, Harvest it again. It DID disappear before my next trip by there, but the Crow feathers were still there as well as invisible crows flying about, but nothing else there. Then, while the Hide/guts from that are still curing, the 3rd one shows up. Again, harvested. It did properly disappear afterwards (crows and all). So, how exactly should I report it?
  9. Since the last update, the Prop Deer that is located near to the FM Shortwave tower has reappeared twice. I've now harvested it 3 different times. I'm playing Stalker difficulty and had first harvested that Deer over 200 game days previously (original harvest around day 100, game is now in day 300+).
  10. he's got guts..... 😜
  11. In the past, when the game updates with a new update/region, somethings that are in previously explored areas are scooped up and put into RED Boxes in various places. In my current Stalker game, I've been to BR, FM, MT, HRV as well as some ML and BI locations. Where would I expect to find any RED Boxes in these regions?
  12. They have changed the tree(s) near the railcars and I can't get up on the boxcars now.
  13. did you try to harvest the wolf? it might just be dead, but still glitched at that one spot
  14. Hunt a Rabbit (or two), keep the guts and use them to go hunting wolves. Drop the guts (lure), backaway and get a bit on side, sight in on the wolf as it is going for the lure and shoot!! That and killing may wolves in fights bagged me so many (wolf) pelts that I had filled two file cabinet drawers and I wasn't even harvesting them any more.
  15. I have had several Wolves and Deer entirely disappear, if I wound too many within a time frame.
  16. I've gotten two copies of "Surviving the Outdoors" fire starting guide book, AFTER having gotten to Level 5 (Master) at fire starting, making them useless. It would have been nice to have gotten them much sooner in my run. Voyager difficulty, Current build, Starting in Mountain Town. Found both the Books in HRV.
  17. Not only should tinder add a percentage chance to start a fire, no matter if it can be used to start it or not, if you have piles of them, you should be able to add them to a fire so as to add a bit of time to it. Also, adding lots of charcoal to a fire, while not adding time to a fire (or very little time, like a minute), it should help to make the fire hotter, for a while. Also, leaving charcoal in a burnt out fire should allow the newly started fire to burn slightly hotter, for a while.
  18. I like the idea of a crafting skill that increases when doing various crafting things. When you get a higher crafting skill level, it will take less time to craft different things as well as make durable crafted items (items that have a percentage -or charges, would not be at full percentage unless the crafter was highly skilled when they made it). Things like when you make line from guts or hooks from scrap metal and then combine them into fishing tackle, you always get 3 hooks and 2 lines and then the tackle is at 100%. Have the lower skill levels make only 2 hooks and 1 line, until they get good at the crafting and aren't as wasteful, do they then get 3 and 2 of each. Have the resulting Tackle be a lower percentage value, until the crafter gets higher in skill, does the Tackle gets closer to the full 100%.

    ankle braces

Make something similar to the hand wraps, have them provide 1 Degree of warmth - when done correctly (could be a skill thing, that could improve over time), as well as provide a slight decrease in sprains, especially during falls. BUT, at the cost of slight decrease in sprint speed as well as gun aiming (although, they should help with using a bow - for the wrist splints). From what I see of the way some rolls are done (like rolling a d20), it would add 1% to 5% (on a d20, a +1) to the roll for sprain. One way that it could work is that if you get a sprain AND the percentage roll for the sprain is still within the amount that the splint/wrap provided for, you don't get a sprain (although you get a warning that you almost got a sprain) and the splint/wrap loses a "charge". Your Splint/Wrap could have from 2 to 5 charges, depending on how good you get at doing them (there really should be a Personal Medicine Skill that increases with things like binding wounds and making of splints/wraps and making of medical supplies) before it is no longer good. If you get a longer fall, it might help prevent (or reduce the severity of the fall), by sacrificing itself (all charges at once) if you get a bad sprain. Lets also say that it uses two cloth and one to two sticks in the creation of the Splint/Wrap. Example: Your climbing a rough slope and the system rolls a sprain (lets say that the chance is greater than 75% for this slope - I do hope that slopes have a sliding scale for the degree of slope) and it rolls a 76% and you get a wrist sprain. But you were wearing a Splint that gave you a 5% increase in chance and thus prevented the sprain. This Wrist Splint had an original 3 time prevention charge on it, due to skill at wrapping it and it has already prevented 2 other sprains. It has used up all of it's charges and is now no good and your at the base chance for a wrist sprain, until you make a new Splint. Your old one is ruined and you can harvest it for one cloth. But if the Sprain roll was higher than the Splint helped to prevent, in this case an 83%, you not only get the sprain, but you still lose a charge on the Wrap/Splint. Al least, that is how I see it should work.
