My experience was getting frostbite risk then going under the covers in bed. The feels temperature like was positive so I slept and woke to frostbite damage. That is why I stated that the feels like temperature can be deceptive.

If the air temp remains above zero than that 11% frostbite risk should be dealt with in about an hour. Stay warm out there.

Sounds like a bug especially if you have a fire. But the question still remains has your air temperature gone above freezing? If the air temperature does not go above freezing then frostbite remains. I had a similar issue at Riken.

During an aurora Carter Hydro Dam lights up with deadly sparks. For my travels I just make sure not to pass through at night. Has anyone navigated through this area and managed to bypass the electricity? Is it possible to place something down to negate the sparks? Can certain boots and gloves offer protection from being fried? Has Carter Hydro Dam been cursed by Fluffy? Might have to science through this to uncover the secrets.

The Survival Bow automatically equip when the Take It is selected. Does this affect anyone else?

Currently the Simple or Quality Tools can assist in clothing repair chance and speed. Fabricating arrow time is also reduced. Could this be displayed in the game crafting menus. Currently there is no indication. Also have these tools affect the fabrication time for all items that are crafted.

Tried to warn others of this issue around Milton. There are invisible barriers all over the area. Some can be death traps. What you are walking can be deadly. Suddenly you could start falling. Did you return to a previous save or continue to see how far this extends? I had a similar experience in the same area but I fell. Was playing on pilgrim so I managed to survive, but a similar event happened to me on interloper in TWM and only a fraction of this height resulted in a fall that wasted the survivor. This is likely due to a surface mesh that was moved or edited. Or perhaps it is the devs trying to wall us in to keep us from escaping. Scapegoats are not allowed in The Long Dark.

Methuselah would be my choice but too bad Hobbs was left out. This character left an impact on most of the player base. He was set up to be a moral choice for the player. We only have a brief time to interact and learn about this character although that interaction is discussed at great lengths. Hobbs certainly has the garnered the highest emotional reaction from the player base. This character made us feel either empathy to quickly put him out of suffering or anger to let the suffering continue because of his perceived actions concerning the school.

Battery loves to stick on walls. Battery rubbed quickly back and forth on your head hair makes static electricity.
