Typically the larger the image the better, so the second image in my opinion. Also, if you have an object clipping the edge of the screen that isn't a background element like trees, rock formations, etc., you should have them either in full view (without being too much in focus incase there's other major object in focus) or out of view entirely. For example, here's a screenshot I took recently. It's easier to take good quality screenshots without having to think too much for what you need is already there in normal gameplay. Finally, take 1-3 screenshots per subject matter incase the players breathing is in the way or something is obstructing your vision. Hope this helps!

While the objects at the edge were a factor, i was also considering the sun looming in the sky. It comes more to attention in the second screen. In the first the objects are better placed. Because i couldn't decide i posted them both ;)

Hi everyone!, I'd like to share some views as you see below there  that I've encountered in the game I hope you'll like them too. Have a good game!

NOTE: I played the colours of the second picture for better view(or just for the blade runner vibe :D)

And I've also realized that picture 3 shows  this team could have done a horror game by using the  this indoor atmosphere like this. It's very suitable for it imo.1734050467_longdark2.thumb.png.f1052ddb660b461e3db84fcd7c4b6cc7.png1440629918_longdark3.thumb.png.6e70e8a88a926bf99721d61b51a6ce41.png1898289270_longdark4.thumb.png.4493417fa32f31236bd84ceb6427a251.png

Great images all around! I hope the second image gets #SaturdayScreenshot or #WisdomWednesday recognition. It's gorgeous!

Dr conanjaguarstein  I presume😁

Frankly, I was surprised that the rabbit could be placed on the wire at all. Since it was ravaged, though, it probably would not be able to function the with full efficiency expected of a typical organism of the species Rodentus rabbitus, especially considering that the creature sustained massive trauma to the abdominal and head regions. DNA testing of saliva samples found in the rabbit’s multiple wounds confirm that the direct cause of death was being attacked and partially eaten by a manger of the species Canis Lupus lupus.

(This was from Wintermute, by the way.)

I know you can lay a bedroll on them. Or you used to be able to. I tried it in episode two a few years ago to see if it would protect me !  Obviously it didn't😁.

Zombies don't need to be intact beforehand do they🤔🙂

BEGIN SEMISCIENTIFIC BABBLE
Well, they would at least need to retain the necessary tendons, muscles, and ligaments to allow for locomotion. Technically speaking, it is possible for one of the undead to be reduced to little more than a skeleton, and still be able to act efficiently, as the tendons, muscles, and ligaments necessary for efficient  locomotion would still be intact. However, no undead specimens of this nature have been encountered in the field so far.
END SEMISCIENTIFIC BABBLE

The 2nd screenshot, are we looking up at the holes in the roof of a cave during the aurora?

Hi yes, sorry for the delay in response.  That is looking at the holes in a cave roof during an aurora. :)

Sorry for the delay, I've been away.  That's a transit cave with openings to outside during an aurora.

Ah, yes. I suspected that.

And I just realized that I have been playing way too much Dead Space lately.

Great pics.  Bear? Where?  🙂.  Was that green sky from darkwalker ? Doesn't look like the onset of an Aurora 🤔

Oh I see. I've never seen one in over three years so they must be rare. Thank you🙂
