I use quanset as a display case for man made objects. In my run now, I Will use PV store to display man made food items. The last one will be the farmstead where I will create all receipts. I will post some pics when done.
  3. The only way I made it sort of works, is when you make a few holes around a fishing hut. Then you can fish multible holes. Still the main problem is that it takes time to break all the ice to harvest the fish. Probably better off just fishing regulary. It has and advantage to get oil in areas where there are no fishing huts. EG HRV, BR, Milton etc..
  4. A slight nerf is probably true. 1. Beachcombing has become way stronger. More stuff and more frequent additions. 2. Firearrows increase archery skulle 3. Acorns added so it's easier to reach cooking 5, and you get the bonus of the drink too 4. The addition of new bunkers with more stuff
  5. Have the same issue. Have double checked all car visors, and no memento Key for the box. Observed something wierd. I opened all the hoods and visors, and when I returned, they were closed. Happened twice. Something fishy is going on in Bleak Inlet...
  6. After a few days, 1410 to be presice, I can show off all the man made stuff I have managed to collect. In a few days it will be gone, but I will not delete the run. It will live in the TLD history. At least in mine,
  7. Same. Was in a cav in FM. The bearskin bedroll was just above 90% condition. Then I slep, the game saved & when I woke up, the conditon was 0%
  8. I dont have accurate, number but according to my Looper file, you get 4 shots with an arrow. The last shot will break the arrow, but kill a wolf.
  9. My strategy is to haul every man made object to the Garage, and fill the floor with saplings.
  10. You can't really use them for anything useful. I make bullets to increase the bulletcrafting skill. You can get it up to 4,5.
  11. Last Looper run, i found 6 or 7 batteries.
  12. WOW Cool and thanks! BI i do from the top. Timberwolves is sneaky sneaky killy killy...
  13. I have managed to bring all man made items back to the garage. Im now on day +400 and playing interlooper.
  14. I assumed you started in HRV? If so, they CAN be there. Athenoon documented this last year.
  15. Finally got all the books back to my base.
  16. My goal is to fill up the garage with all the man made items I can find. In addition, a floor full of saplings is also on my list. You never know when a customer is coming, and then it is important to have a selection of destroyed food items to offer them. Im still working how I am going to arrange them. Getting all the skill up to 5, map a lot (if not all) the maps, getting to know Ash Canyon properly, beat my old record of +1200 days, Getting all the metal from the dam and the game in general.
  17. Yes. I wandered a bit in Bleak Inlet to haul back the rest of the stuff, and I got greedy and killed by wolves. I had all the books nicely stacked on the countern and 2 other shelves in the shop room. Too bad I didnt screen hot that one. Im on a new run and in the not too distant future, we will have a new library in the shop
  18. For interlooper players, this is as useful as a secondary A hole. Not impressed at all. I know the maps, and the locations, so this useless to me.
  19. My definition og long time survival is min +500 days. Where you use as base is not that important. On this level, food is not an issue anymore. Birch saplings are the key resource. Beachcomb as much as possible. I take for granted that you have made a few tools, 4 knives and 4 hatchets. Kill bears for hides and for food. Make a round trip in CH commuter and DP. Clean out the beach. Do daily chores to keep you busy. Use only hides to fic up chloting to reach L5. Save the cloth.
  20. When you wake up and the temp is ok, and the weather is fine.
