Infinite Fire

So, I recently got my girlfriend into the long dark (which is the start to any great story).

She bought the switch version and has been loving it - genuinely. She constantly goes on about she's really enjoying playing it and that she's especially enjoying working her way through the story mode. The first two episodes were thoroughly enjoyable for her and she moved onto the third episode a couple days ago. 

We're on a phone call and she, metaphorically speaking, turns to me and asks:

"Why is the Pastor asking for all this wood, can't he just use his infinite fire? Is he that lazy?"

Hinterland, please fix.

Wood has many uses in the game. Tool repair, crafting and things like that. Also, who's the one keeping the fire burning? He probably needs it to keep the others warm and you helping him out means a lot, right?

I recommend to report posts like that, and let the Admins intervene.
Personally, I refuse quote it directly... it just makes it more visible.

It’s fine to talk about wanting to get someone important in your life to like The Long Dark, particularly your significant other. Please though don’t try to classify what “all women like” or what all men would like either. No significantly large group of people “likes” all the same thing.

I haven't been on this thread for nearly a year, what happened? I missed something clearly.

I don't remember exactly....it was someone saying something like women can't lift more than 500g or that they can't add 2+3 or something similar. It was just so obviously incorrect whatever it was. And it was said in a way that wasn't nice.
