  1. Hi, I'm Nova, and I come from Ireland. I really like TLD and is one of my favourite games. I've been on this forum for a bit but just wanted to introduce myself, so cool.
  2. I'd like to see that implemented, maybe the availability to repair your prybar if the breaking-open-buildings mechanic is implemented. Until then, we have super immune glass that does nothing when you hit it with stones or bullets

  5. Oh really? I thought it was a constant speed. And do you mean, "a way to get of it"? You mean to hurt it?
  6. I thought if the Darkwalker event comes back or is fully implemented into the game (might not happen lol), here a few ideas to add to the Event: 1. Entity Speed: I think that the longer you live, the faster the Darkwalker becomes, so that you can't easily avoid it all the time, and one way to deal with this ties into Point 2. 2. Hitpoints: I think that you should be able to hurt the Darkwalker, not kill it but just to slow it down. There should be times where small parts of its 'body' appear and are temporary weak points, 'Chinks in the armour' if you like, and are targets you could aim for and slow it down. Point 1 and 2 means we have to pick up a weapon if we want to live longer, which puts pressure on pack weight. But this should be optional, and be enabled for people who want a challenge. 3. New Rune, Sight: more of an aesthetic rune, allows you to see the Darkwalker for a certain period of time. It would be cool to see the thing that is so bent in killing you. Can be used only once a playthrough, like the Dispel Fog Rune. 4. New Rune, Banish: like the Ward Rune, but banishes the Darkwalker for a second, but shorter, grace period. Again, can only be used once per game, and maybe can't be used when under the Anxiety or Fear affliction. 5. New ending, Escape: now I know this doesn't tie in with normal TLD gameplay, but I feel there should be a chance you can get out of its realm and get a new ending other than "The Darkwalker Devoured You", since why bother running from it if you gonna die anyway, and I like an objective to work towards. But maybe if you do want to die to shadow wolf demon, then you can disable it. 6. Electrical disturbance: whenever the Darkwalker is near you, the lights could flicker to add to the mood a little. Just another aesthetic idea.
  7. Reading the first post, I do agree. The sprain system needs a change. I don't think that the way you sprain yourself is tooo bad, maybe a separate skillset for Stability. Treatment needs to change, because it's so unrealistic that you instantly 'heal' when you bandage up the sprain, and painkillers serve no other purpose than to make your screen edges focus again. Even when you bandage up and down some painkillers, you should still have the limp and a certain amount of time to rest. So I agree with everything the first post said, except the sprain time since it gets you off guard and keeps you on edge, and I understand that is tedious to some, but some like it that way. Maybe add a option to the Custom menu to add variables to diseases and sprains, to change it a bit.
  8. Wow, I haven't seen this before. I don't know if I can help you much, but maybe try to re-install the game, or if your using maybe check your files?
  9. Not for me, I recently died to falling after a bear went for me on Stalker Mode. Unless maybe this problem exists in Interloper Mode only

  11. So my very game ended in me dying (of course) So I started out in ML. Stopped at Camp Office first, and tried to get a grip of the controls while inside. Everything was normal, WASD controls and all that, then I discovered my character hadn't (and still hasn't) discovered the art of jumping. So that was annoying. Got stalked by a a wolf, fell down a cliff and hurt my my ankle trying to run. Got into The Dam, got some supplies and discovered my first outside zone, Ravine Falls. Looked around a bit, discovered a cliff edge, decided to jump off it to see what happened, died of "Massive Internal Injuries". Didn't last 2 days. So that was fun. Thus ending my great journey of my first game.
  12. 1. Pretty much, I really like your story 2. By that time, all regions I needed to get back through to get into other zones were full of fog, and I was almost out of time in BR, and also I didn't want my soul being eaten by wolf demon monster, so I took the easy way out
  13. That is fair enough, you didn't find it interesting. But you gotta admit, it has a great idea behind it Also, I also decided to end myself so i could try again by burning myself after I got 6/10 pages. So yeah, that was cool.
