Do you experience the "Tetris Effect" from The Long Dark?

"The Tetris effect (also known as Tetris syndrome) occurs when people devote so much time and attention to an activity that it begins to pattern their thoughts, mental images, and dreams. It takes its name from the video game tetris."

Have you had this happen? If so what triggers it, what split-second thoughts do you have that relates to The Long Dark?

I have half a dozen examples I could give, but here are my two most prominent:

1. TRIGGER: Hear or see a dog bark when I'm out for a jog.

SPLIT-SECOND THOUGHT: Panic about needing to lose a wolf 😂

2. TRIGGER:  See the sun shining on a clear day.

SPLIT-SECOND THOUGHT: Better get the mag lens for a cookout

Side note: I could just be insane.

yep, sticks on the floor, crows, red berries, branches: all give me a jarring weird wish to be in TLD again.

Reminds me of the early days playing Doom on my Pentium endlessly, then opening the cutlery drawer would make a noise that sounded like a gun being reloaded.
