Anything that requires a unique approach.  A Cougar was listed on the aspirational roadmap back when it still existed, so maybe something like that.  Something kind of unnerving, like maybe it full-on sprints towards you any time you are not looking at it, but once you look at it, it freezes in place for a moment, then begins advancing very slowly.  Totally silent the whole time, no warning growls.

I admit I voted bearnado, but I guess there's a reason if there are TWO movies about sharks in snow. "Snow shark" and "Avalanche sharks", now I have to watch both of them.

No one wants flying reindeer? I still want killer bunnies, but...

I can see the possible benefit and fun of driving one towards a wolf, having the wolf clamp onto a leg, and having Rudolph take off, wolf hanging from his hind leg, into the night sky. Of course, if Sven and Fluffy happen to be BFFs  since back when the island had misfit toys, and not misfit survivors... could be a problem. Maybe.

Natural menace don't have to be animals. 

I would love some later game Deep Cold Blizzard which cools internal structures and caves and you need fire all night to survive.
