Don't go down there. There's no trigger on the rope to climb back up. I'm stuck down there.  My game didn't have a rope pre attached, I put my own on, climbed down, and napped for the climb back up, so it saved, with me standing at the bottom of an un-climbable rope.

I've found a few areas, where you literally get stuck dropping into a little triangle area. I often wondered how unlucky you'd be if you sprained something right as you entered a such area.

Not enough sticks spawn down there to maintain one.

Yeah, I just have to shelve that run til it's fixed. Even if one could build and maintain a shelter, you'd be out of food and firewood pretty quickly.  I'll mess around some with it, maybe the climb trigger is offset a bit, like the take rope trigger in the dam. If that doesn't pan out, I'll just play another save til it's fixed

Just a heads up - we've had a couple reports of this. We'll be testing and investigating it. Thanks for the report.

I sort of remember issue with a rope climb might be same area! When i got to the bottom I noticed a load of snow piled up around the rope, making it very hard to click on. I finally managed to find a clickable spot though. just!  Wish I kept the screen shot i took.
