Maybe a new feat, something like night owl.. let's you read, map ,break down furniture and some crafting in the dark. I love it too, I spend quite some time watching the stars twinkle away😊

It is a bit random ... I could maybe have understood being able to read if it was a clear night but it was snowing quite heavily all the way through.

Well even after nearly 5 years of playing I've never got all the collectibles so on this run I'm determined to get them all. I'm 790 days in and still quite a bit to do.. But otherwise I usually go on a specific hunt, mainly the moose as it's way more unpredictable spawn wise..

Interesting idea..😊. Maybe a use for the travois besides animal carcasses.. it'd be neat having a use for it in a challenge..

I think it's just called crashed plane,and yes you can get to it in survival mode..

I always pick it up but never use it,it's just too heavy... But I suppose it would be handy for doing the tales during aurora,at least in the zone anyway..

They're that rare there are they? I usually find three maybe.. I don't spend more than 4-5 days anywhere really ,I've got itchy feet lol... But if I'm staying there longer then I'll nip into the zone for whatever I need and back again..

I like spending time in transfer pass... I love the station ,it's rather cosy.. There is sometimes a wolf there,on pilgrim , and there are a few deer too.... But no moose or bear. There's no workbench or fishing either sadly..

There are a few shortcuts from lower to upper coastal mine.. they're not very obvious so you can miss them .. adding another rope to the lookout tower saves a bit of a trek too.. But PV can be a bit daunting until you get used to it.. it's a big map so worth getting to know better.

Oh I see.. well that sucks.. I hope it wasn't a long run.. Pity the campfire trick doesn't work any more.

Hmm that might be trickier.. I usually stay on top of the container if I can but it's still tricky to get out.. just keep pushing up and wiggle a bit .. if no joy then you might have to reload if you can.

I've noticed that but I can usually get out if I crouch and wriggle about a bit.

I've never used it in glimmer fog, I forgot it even worked then.. I know it won't work for the first hour or two but after that I'm still having the problem..

Anyone else having this issue? Sometimes the signal won't come on, especially after it's been on and you put it away. briefly.

Well after trying about twenty usernames and all being taken,I ran out of ones I'd remember so I used my own name lol.. hoping I don't forget that ever😁. My profile pic I chose as it looks like my last dog... His face never really aged with the rest of him ,and I think he was the cutest thing I'd ever seen💗

There is also the old follow the edges ,there's usually little hooks and crannies to hide behind.or of course caves..

Couldn't agree more.. worth every penny and then some.. I'd keep paying for extra content ,even when I'm collecting my pension😊

That's what I'm hoping for to.. it'd be cool to hang our own pictures up in our bases.

Honestly I'm a bit confused... That's the map I used but checking the wiki list says I've missed about 6 of them in coastal.. I'm actually there now just looking around randomly.. I've been using the same maps for all the other areas too ,but still missing about 19.. they don't tally with wiki.. I didn't mean to sound like I was asking you specifically, I know it's a big thing . I just wondered if there were other maps because these seem to be the only ones I can find on Google. But thank you for the help😊

That would be nice and cosy.. but I think mountain pass is going to be more like hrv,with more rocks..though I hope not lol
