Improvised Hatchets in the Hushed River Valley

Hello everyone, simple question here. To the best of your knowledge, does the improvised hatchet spawn in the Hushed River Valley in Interloper? I have found it next to corpses there in lower difficulties.

improvised tools must be crafted on interloper.  to my knowledge you will never find a knife or hatchet on loper

Never played Interloper, never went to Hushed River Valley, though I would hazard a guess an improvised hatchet or knife should be possible since it does exist in Interloper. 

But Interloper is Interloper, the chances, like most default drops, would probably be very low unless it was a verified guaranteed drop at some spot.  To depend on it randomly happening should only be relied upon out of necessity (like you spawn there and you're on a personal challenge to survive wherever the game starts you) and not if you have any other option.

There is one place that might because you can get stuck without one. But maybe not because I could see death by a bush too. I have wondered since I found it. Maybe I should start a quick game there and see

I know for a fact that regular knives and hatchets don't spawn in Interloper, but the Hushed River Valley has a number of guaranteed spawns if I am not mistaken.

You won't find knives or hatches, not improvised nor regular, anywhere in interloper. The only "non-loper" gear I've found after a couple of thousand hours is revolver bullets and that was indeed in HRV.

Interloper relies on static spawns ( manually placed in the maps by the devs ) and a very different set of loot tables from the other modes. No tools ever spawn in interloper, apart from bugs ( I've found knives at Trapper's once ). HRV is no exception to this rule.

I've found improvised knives via beachcombing, but this was on voyager/ stalker mode.  Has anyone ever got lucky finding one on interloper?
