    Thanks for your input, @Leeanda! I like Keeper's Pass a lot, especially the trailer But I think I prefer to go to Silent Valley instead of Blackrock (3 out of 5 times)

    Has anyone made Keeper's Pass their base? It's kind of two bonus regions between Silent Valley and Blackrock.

    Acorn trees. Gives a new depth to the game. I would like to see more tree species in the future.

    Mountain pass will probably be hard to survive in, with many rope climbs. I'm picturing something like Norway's mountains, but I'm not sure how that will look with the Long Dark's textures. Also, caves will be important for warmth. The cougar will be brutal. I'll stick to Pilgrim here. The wind could be strong, as the region has high altitude. Windshielding will be essential.

    I started playing in 2018 so I have never seen the 2013 version... Interesting.

    I would say that my favorite location is by the rainbows in Hushed River Valley. Though you're likely to freeze if you stand there for too long.
