  1. I was absolutely floored the first time I saw the lighthouse in an aurora!
  2. Wait, isn't one of the deer in the Ravine Bruno
  3. Sorry for the delay, I've been away. That's a transit cave with openings to outside during an aurora.
  4. Hi yes, sorry for the delay in response. That is looking at the holes in a cave roof during an aurora.
  5. I have gone and basically repaired each item before I harvest it. If you do it right its net zero cloth, but depending on how many days in and where you are it can seriously speed the process along.
  6. This amuses me to no end, particularly considering how for years you couldn't even walk up the stairs to the Dam easily.
  7. The conversation with Astrid and Molly about Will would make a perfect set up for some sort of interaction with Will and Molly in ep5
  8. I will send a box of bon bons to the dev team if Molly shows up in episode 5 and shoots Mathis
  9. I always report the bug using the bug hunting link and include the save file they ask for. Creating as complete of a report as possible can help them track down what exactly is going wrong, how, when and for who. Similar look/sounding glitches may be happening for different reasons for different gaming set ups. Of course, if they tell say "we're working on xyz" I don't bother reporting it
  10. Parts of Black Rock are actually quite nice to hang around in.
  11. I ran out of matches at one point in one of my earlier stalker games, but it was somewhere around day 600. since then I manage wolves more with avoidance than confrontation. So significantly fewer torches. In fact I only light a torch when I'm trapped. That same run I ran out of reclaimed wood. So I ran out of snare material. So now, I only burn reclaimed wood when its absolutely necessary and I no longer leave the snares unattended.
  12. I think I would refurbish and modify some of the cannery worker's houses in BI. There's no reason to leave that second cabin blocked up, I'd open it up and make a kitchen/work room. It has 2 entrances too. I'd take some of the stones from the light house, plus existing planks from the third cabin and some of the wood from the destroyed dock and make a sheltered area for a workbench and that six burner stove in the lighthouse. Eventually, you could salvage all of the stone and make a nice abode with it. Or a small (one story) look out with observation deck.
  13. That would be perfect, but what I'd do is build a lean to/shed for the work bench and put a fire barrel in there. Add a chair and you have yourself an ideal location!
  14. My favorite thing is that each of the modes is really a different flavor game. From a solitary walk in a pensive, crystalline beauty of a world; to a world where hope seems possible yet where disaster lurks nearby; to a world where disaster looms ever present but you flirt with hope in the struggle to thrive; to where you know there is no hope and each moment is a dance with disaster and where astonishingly you can thrive, and it can all still turn on a roll of the dice.
  15. The challenges are not updated as regions are added. They may also only encompass some of the regions that were potentially available when they were created.
