Not sure about PS saves. But for next time would it be suitable pressing PS button and close the app before death occurs? I know it is working for SnowRunner. One time a bug sent my car flying. I immediatelly pressed the PS button, closed and opened the game and got to save before. Not sure though how TLD saves works on PS.

Wow. The ghost bear is back and improved. Last time I experienced this was when the bear was already harvested and I could still hear its growling.

Beeing QA myself I report every bug I encounter. But I beeing part of the QA team for The Long Dark game? I would hesitate. Not because I dont like Hinterland. But TLD is my entertainment. I think part of it would dissipate if one is part of the team. Plus I dont think that QA plays the game  all day long. I would suspect there are hours of watching log files. Just like I was today  

I like the fact that nice homemade meal can fight the cabin fever. I had no chance to run the game. Isnt it there some negative feat like ovestuffing?

I just wonder. We will have the pancakes. Should we get new affliction Diabetes when character consumes too much of them?

I will try to fish under small waterfall. I wonder whether there would be chance to get migrating salmon.

Honestly... I really hope it's not a "fish anywhere ya wanna" situation.  I think that might skew some of the very careful balance that each region had.

I think it does not matter much whether you can fish anywhere where is deep water. Lets imagine. You prepare your fire to not freeze your butt off. Start fishing and blamo, fire is out. It will not happen in the fishing shed.

How on Earth the bear shown up there? I thought it is blocked by aiplane form one side and narrown path with some fallen trees on the other side. Some odvanced pathing there.

Have you got the memo for it? If not, it may be locked. I got the other one near Rabbit Grove cabin on the west. It was pain in the neck to get it. But indeed it was in the tree trunk (or tree I dont remember exactly). I spent quite the time to get it. Maybe the box is not on the ground, but higher. Mine was in eye level.

I know that place. I was lucky. I was in the airplane, opened door and heard the bear. So I stayed in the plane, waited. After few seconds, revolver, point blank, blamo. Another victim of the airplane crash.

I think the throwing rock or torch at the carcass could fit into "sanity check". You know, you are alone on the island for hundreds of days. Suddenly you start slipping. You cannot be sure that what you see is there. So take a stone and throw it at the object. If it is still there, it is a thing. If your stone goes through and hits the ground... Sorry, but your mind is playing games.

Hmm I am not at the BI now. I shall make it there and try the trailer cache. Or anyone tried to place the cache on the trailer top?

I started new voyager run after the big update and save reset. I repair my clothing somewhat more often than in my previous run. Not sure if I go out in blizzard more or the degradation is increased. Anyone noticed increased clothing degradation? I mean the clothing character wears.

TLD is one of three games where my interest has sinusoid curve (SCUM and SnowRunner are other two). All other games had tangential curve. Peaks of my favorite games are not synced so I have some game to play every time.

I want the hatchet please. (if you ship to EU)

Not sure in which cave my arrowheads are lost. Recently I went through mines in Black Rock and saw a texture above ground. Whole rabbit could hide in the space between texture and ground. So arrowhead is easy to loose. Since then I will not drop small things in caves. Not sure whether they degrade quicker outside. But inside is lottery.

I lost two arrowheads because of hiding in textures in cave in TWM. The same applies for steps in BlackRock Prison. I mean those from the guard place to the inner parking place. I lost some spent cartridges there.

I think it can break out from the glass on its own. Anyway about the topic. I think my coldest weather so far was -60°C with windchill -30°C. I am playing voyager so I am not used to such temperatures. I think it was Bleak Inlet.

Those temperatures... How do you keep your booze liquid?

But I tend to think it is not open mine. Security log 14 suggests underground work. They found a decent chamber and some workers are responsible for roof not falling on their head. Of course we can have both. Open mine which somebody used for some excavation. But since all mines so far were deep mines, I think the next one will be too. Of course filled with methane. The machine should be switched off, but aurora and now glimmer fog can enable electricity. So if the machine is not off and alectricity is back again, we can expect some nasty surprises.

About escaping from wildlife. I think some cats are comming to Big Bear island. So one could escape from wolf to cat.  

Yup. Canadian bears are polite so they bury themselves in order to safe you from the hard work. At least some of them. BTW I think those crows have standard height above carcass. So if they are lower than usual, you can be sure the carcass is underground. Once I had them in eye level so the bear was burried really deep.
