Small hit-box on soda in cars

One thing I've noticed since ep4 release - I cannot loot the soda from the driver's side and even from the passenger side, it is a small hit-box.

I’m finding that with any items on the floor of cars now, post update.

I've had that happen a couple of time too, but usually the item is tucked under the front of the passengers seat.  You can see it,  but can't actually pick it up.  
I was able to kinda figure out a work around where I would exit the vehicle, then crouch and re-enter the vehicle.   Seems that crouch mode brought me down lower so I was able to effectively interact with the item and pick it up.

I just started a new run and haven't been able to pick up most of the items from car floors. I had a few times on my last save where I couldn't pick anything up unless I squatted down before entering the car but on this save nothing seems to help.  

Just wondered if there's going to be a fix for this soon? Any information much appreciated.

Same here but only once in one specific car and a book in Coastal Highway.
