Whiteout Challenge?

Does the Whiteout Challenge start you in CH or does it start you in another region and you have to get to CH as well?

It starts you in Coastal Highway (I think it actually starts you in your base at the Quonset Hut), and you have a long while before the big storm hits.  However there are also frequent "normal" blizzards that will blow through with increasing frequency as the big storm draws near.

It's not such a huge task as it sounds. You can do almost all of it in CH itself. Maybe with a quick trip to another region. Certain items like bullets can be a bit of an issue

Yup, I had to visit DP to collect a few things. Don't remember exactly what, but I do remember the trip! :)
