Please add lockers outside Bleak Inlet cannery workshop, in the room outside the key-code door. They can be empty, fine, but that area really needs more outside storage. If need be I will happily carry lockers from elsewhere at the Cannery.

You have storage. There is a medical stash near the workshop, on the previous building

There's also some lockers in that outdoor safe spot with the fire barrel and makeshift bed, near the initial rope climb.

These are both great examples of storage that is somewhat uselessly located. As I say, I would happily volunteer to carry the lockers to the rooms outside the workshop. But I will only carry lockers over the silly platforming once.

Seems to me the point is that there already is storage near by, and I don't see much need for more.  I like to think that a large part of what makes the game so interesting is having to make do without "niceties and convivences."

I, personally, like it just the way it is.
