When do bunkers spawn?

Hello survivors!
I have spent over 100 houres playing this game, but I never found a bunker.
I know that I have to look on the special spawn areas, but when do they spawn
at day 1, day 10, day 100, how many bunkers spawn in a region, and how often?

Pretty sure the Prepper Caches (bunkers) spawn when you start the game.

1 Cache in ML, one in PV (other than Abandoned Cache).  That's it.

There are several resources (maps, videos) that can assist with their possible spawn locations (if you want).

Does any other than the one before TWM spawn in Interloper? Never crossed any.

Other than "Abandoned", the bunkers do not spawn in Interloper.  Not sure what custom setting determines this, though.

Setting base resource to "Low" disables bunkers.
