I got lots of oil from bunker in the mountains. Quick jog across the bridge and uphill somewhere there is a bunker. With stuff lots of stuff!

Either way, I doubt he'll make it in the wilderness.🙂 @Bob Scott, please find rosehip bushes on the rocky wall and you'll get a prompt asking you to climb. Or you could try YouTube and see how someone finds the way out. It's a bit tricky without knowing how game operates at first, but you'll find a way!

Edit: maybe you are not spending enough time in the cave by the fire? Not sure what is happening now that I've re read your post, Sir.

It would totally make sense for Astrid to get drunk, given the island suffered from alcohol abuse when times became hard and loss of employment was rising. 

I'd imagine a drunkard buff would make you more furious during wolf attack and give you higher chance of causing lethal wound to the wolf during struggle! Accompanied by some profanities which can be disabled for younger audience.

I can only imagine her rip apart that grey dog in rage!

With winds shifting it'll be very cumbersome to keep repositioning it. I would understand it would have to be mounted on sticks? If you move it during wind change, you'll have the fire exposed and it'll go out anyway.

Perhaps much better idea to find a spot that's shielded vs having to fiddle with contraptions.

No no, I mean barrel fire is great, but lugging around clumsily with a huge chunk of metal on your back so you can use it to windshield fire at some point is very bad. @Laika Ivanova is proposing to forge a piece of metal so you can use it to shield fires outside. How can one carry it around?

I fI hope I haven't offended anyone with that wonky autocorrect. The game is most certainly in not garbage and the garage as well. I actually enjoyed being in the garage. Too bad that part of the level is very short. 

@bob, where are you trying to climb? Am I thinking correct that there is different part of the map that you're trying to access? There is part of the plane that has an opening door if I remember correctly. It's been a while since I've been there. If you can't get anywhere after multiple tries, perhaps a trip to fandom wiki for that part of the story is in order?

I think you have to go around and enter through the rear of the map to get to the top section? I think I had a hard time there as well. There's sort of like a fallen tree you have to get through.

Hmm, I like bearskin bedroll because my perfect choice is exp parka and wolf coat. I found bear coat not to deter wolves as good as wolf coat. Very strange I know.
