Unable To 'Interact' To Light Torches

Hello,

As of this morning's update for PS4, pressing X to 'Interact' has no effect when attempting to light a torch from either another lit torch or a fire.

I have submitted a ticket through the support lines, just hoping to gain some traffic here so that @Admin can acknowledge - for my own sanity

I've spotted several reports of this happening on Xbox as well.

Also noteworthy, another user has confirmed no issues on their PS4 so possibly only select unlucky ones got a raw deal this morning. Please help!!

Have you tried R2? I've just been playing on xbox and it has changed to right trigger to light.

 

To be fair it's a good change. It used to be the case if you hit right trigger by mistake you would waste a match. Not any more:)

I had no problem getting a torch to light from a stove today.

I've been ok chaining torches too.
