idea for when you reach level 3 fire starting.

You reach level 3, and you find 8 billion cat tail heads and 40 billion fire plugs in your inventory. Can we have a mechanic that allows you to crush them into fire logs?

I would prefer being able to burn them like normal fuel but only having them burn for 1 or 2 minutes.  They would be so useful for times when cooking meat or boiling water and it needs just one minute more to complete.

Craftable fire logs are a long standing wish list discussion. I posted about it 2 years ago, others before that. I do agree that tinder should be more useful. I'd use it for one of the following: craftable fire logs, as normal fuel for 1 minute increments, or safely carrying fire. (eg. an ember bundle; stuff a tin can with tinder, it'll safely smolder for hours without worrying about the weather, a common IRL survival technique)
