Toxic Fog and Gas Mask in Survival Mode

I am just imagining being able to pick one region as free(say the starting region), but have the rest of Great Bear all toxic fog.  I guess either as a weather system or as the same as is in the Darkwalker challenge.

Hm… seems like an interesting idea, but, from a gameplay perspective, it would likely be a nightmare.

Now, if you had the toxic fog come once every ten days, then it would be more interesting.

The stalker and metro series does this pretty well. They're fun games.

This feels like it belongs in something like Fallout not TLD (Darkwalker aside). It would be a great idea in a different setting for sure, but Great Bear? Not so much, for me anyway.

I mean, toxic fog sounds like a setting for custom just like endless night. Surely fun to play with.

Althought the gas mask could be an useful addition to the game, especially since Blackrock won't be the only region with toxic gas...
