A Provincial Painter

I've been a exterior/interior house painter in Wisconsin, USA for the last 25-30 years.  Yes, Wisconsin is a state, not a province, but in my case, provincial can refer to the regional character of the painting profession.  And it sounds good. 🙂  Anyway, I've also painted pictures for the fun of it during all that time, and thought I'd share some recent ones that were inspired by nearly 1000 hours of trudging through The Long Dark.  Most of them are acrylic paintings on canvases I built myself.

thats such lovely art, could be something I would have on my walls, I love nature so all my art are nature, expect my kids drawings and art

Thank you, MrsValkyrieCat.  Nature, and how it changes through the seasons and years, always renews my interest in painting.  In addition, The Long Dark has been a very compelling way to experience art from nature.
