Raccoons for Raccoon skin hats to craft... thoughts/additions?

This is really often suggested idea, but we have never gotten headwear to craft.  Personally, I would like to see a hat made out of rabbit skin.

I'd like racoons not for their furs but since they'll be able to sneak into my house and eat my food.

Absolutely, lets add the furry little thugs. 

Just so long as I can make a muff out of them.  It would be an answer to me leaving supplies just randomly piled about.

I don't know if Raccoons could survive the cold we see in the game but I could be wrong. I'd prefer to see weasels. A weasel could rob your snare, steal your food, and, if you could catch one, make for an amazing liner for your coat.

Racoons aren't found anywhere NEAR as far north as this game takes place, unfortunately.

Yep, that's a often said point about raccoons too. And it's true
