window details during bad weather

Just I minor idea, but do you think it would be a cool detail for the light coming from windows to flicker a bit when there's a blizzard outside. Usually you can tell the weather is bad outside when you hear the pipes in the walls shaking. But maybe a visual clarity would also enhance the atmosphere a bit.

It for sure would enhance the atmosphere.

Actually once they've finalised the maps I would love to see the houses become a part of the map and then they can get real windows. That would be a big plus to me.

I've always assumed this noise was shutters / metal roofing / flashing getting buffeted by the wind.  But who knows?
