Please can we get collision damage when we get run over by a deer?

I don't know how many times a deer has suddenly switched back while running away and then turn and run straight towards me and then right thru me without any consequences.

It got me to thinking that we should be experiencing some kinda damage as a result of that collision.  I suppose some bruises and some torn clothing would be in order, and maybe a little animation where the player gets knocked to the ground.  I'd like to see differing levels of damage between say a stag with its antlers perhaps goring the player causing some bleeding damage and needing both bandages and antiseptics to stave off infection, as compared to a doe merely bowling a player over.

I admit that having to dodge them would be a fun new aspect to the game
