Torch blown out while inside car

Has anyone ever had a torch blow out on them while inside a car? Just happened to me in one of the cars on the bridge in Bleak Inlet. I knew it was getting gusty outside and expected the torch would probably go out when I exited the vehicle, but didn't expect it would go out while I'm still inside the vehicle. It didn't happened immediately on entering the vehicle either. I had time to search the glovebox and open a visor before it went out. It didn't run out and the "sheltered" icon was on the whole time. Weird. Anyone else experience this? 

Maybe someone left one of the windows down in the car...

Looks like a bug to me.

I just had this happen, but only when it's windy enough outside to blow out a torch!
