I'm up to 20 points if I've got the scoring right. 2 Wolf Glory kills with the knife and hatchet. One thumped with a rifle. One missed shot for certain. I'll double check though. Leaving me with 20 points. I did forget to snap screen shots of 1 pelt from the first glory kill. If we're docking that I'm at 10 points.

Started in AC, didn't loot much cause bad weather. Made it to TWM and summit. Headed out to PV where I'm at the farm currently. Found 2 bedrolls so far and 2 distress pistols that are just waiting for the 30 day score period to end lol.

Just saying, it's kinda the worst feeling when you're just trying to carry the flame and you hear a wolf lock on to you. Drop the torch and move away from the protective radius just to kill the wolf with your hatchet. ☠️☠️☠️😁 no flames protect this guy, even if I'm just taking fire with me.

Thank you, I'm not a killing machine with Stalker so far. Still need to be sneaky, I've got no rifle ammo and I haven't found a revolver yet.😂😂 I don't take the beating, I hear the wolves lock and move towards them. If I've got to take the struggle, I'll meet them half way. When I've had to this run, being aggressive has paid off.

Location for blizzards didn't hurt either. I was in AC and TWM areas that I know very well, so I ran through some predator homes without risk.

@conanjaguarat the end of my first 1/3rd of the challenge. I've got 1 wolf, 2 deer with the rifle, 4 rabbits cave man style. 2 Glory kills. Missed 2 rifle shots.

33 points for kills

-6 points for missed rifle shots

27 for the first 11 days in game.

11 days survived, 7 blizzards. The weather is flat out stopping any sort of kill stacking with the 13 rifle rounds I have and the wolves that should be all over the ice in ML.  Game is playing games with me lol😂😂.

Day 10 already? I’m a slow player, I haven’t even finished day 2 yet .
But at Day 2 with 12 points (finally killed a wolf), I’m statistically ahead can keep going at this rate .

But the bears have started to die. Today when I was able to play I got 2 bears, 2 wolves, 1 deer, 2 rabbits. Just haven't been able to get the shots uploaded with a update on everything. I did get chewed on by one bear though so I don't get full points. So there's hope still!!!

The blizzards and lack of ammo have not helped me in my quest.

Doomguy 1 / Day 2

I awake to heavy snow and a frigid -25C FLT. The fact that my clothes offer just a pathetic +4C warmth bonus doesn’t help that any, so I strip them off. They’ll just end up getting shredded anyway.

Bruno and Rufus are out in a yard; Bruno has killed a deer at some point, so that leaves Rufus for the attack. I miss my both my revolver shots and get mauled, so I fight back with the prybar.

The bar fills up completely (never had that happen before) and Rufus runs off, not bleeding, just scared. I have blood loss that I quickly bandage; 50% or so condition, and then I go after Bruno, who is by now alerted to my presence. This time, I don’t miss. One shot and Bruno is dead. I don’t want to risk losing the carcass and don’t have enough firewood to overcome the temperatures, so I take a condition hit to harvest the hide and get back to Paradise Meadows with maybe 30% condition and sleep 3 hours. Not smart, Conan, not smart at all.

From here I have two choices… do I make a hard push through the town to get to ML as fast as possible (maybe even with a few extra +C), or recover enough condition that a wolf struggle won’t mean instant death?

Fortune favors the bold, I must do the most insane things I can possibly get away with.

I take the “back way” to avoid the wolfy mess of the town itself, and stumble across a wolf chasing a deer near the Log Sort. He notices me, so I shoot him with the revolver (I hit!), track him for a bit, and then lose the trail. I head all the way up to the Park Office, where I kill a ptarmigan The True Way and find ski boots! Rare loot

I think I’ve only ever found them once before… so this definitely makes up for me not finding many clothes yesterday.

I bop more bunnies on my way down to Orca, where I find my wolf. Confirming the kill is a bit difficult; I just can’t find the stupid hit box! I shoot him in frustration, and voila! It worked. I head inside the gas station for looting. I find food, some water, the reinforced wool mittens (another bonus), but most importantly, two boxes of revolver ammunition!

(Todays count: 2 wolves, 3 missed revolver shots, 1 ptarmigan, 2 bunnies = 7)

Total points = 16

Kills, minus the wolf and bunnies back at the farm:

@conanjaguar this is as far as I can take it. No ammo, no revolver. Found a bow and one arrow that broke when I missed the shot with it.  My care to go through and discover what's all been uploaded already picture wise is 0. 23 days. 3 bears killed, one mauling. I'll post the pictures and then I'll add up the total from there. Great challenge, just can't keep going with zero ability to kill.

135 total points for the 23 days out of 30 proposed. Great challenge, RNG just kept pushing back.

That's so brutal! Where are you? ML? You look close to trappers. We're you out of stims to run?  I thought after the first attack, survival choices were up to you, and you could get away. Either way, GG. The challenge was brutal. There we're times I swore it was going to be over for me. 

I ended my Voyager run earlier the same way😂😂. I did that in purpose though.

Yep, right next to Trappers. Hadn’t found any stims, and Doomguy never runs, except to meet a charge with a charge.

Going to get super nerdy here. Being Doomguy AKA the grandson of Wolfensteins BJ Blaskovich, getting to a better location to fight is an option. I only say this because a great ambush spot is right behind you. The bear can't get up those rocks. And since you're already mauled once, a tactical reposition would have been ok in my book.

I'm so sorry you haven't found some stims, they would have held you up a little longer. 

I normally just leave it at sandbox whatever. I did name this run rip and tear though in honor of the challenge.
