Curator's Rifle?

Is the Curator's Rifle still bugged and not spawning? I really would love to add it to my collection and use it as it's a very good rifle. I've been to every known spawn location and even a few that aren't so common but possible. Nothing...help?

If it's not in the list of hotfixes I'd say it's still bugged.. 

Personally I have one but this is the only run I've looked for it since the tales update

I'm not opposed to using the dev console to spawn items if they are known to be bugged and I have spent exhaustive time searching for it.

I already had one since pt 1 of the tales update, so I don't know about this spawning bug. all i know is that I found mine outside the gold mine by a corpse in ash canyon, have you reported the bug to Hinterland yet?

I picked it up on Saturday, but took a bit of looking in places I've never tried before.

I looked at the known issues (should have beforehand) and apparently they're still looking into the cause and will fix it in an upcoming update.
