Does multiplayer mods exist and if so, do they work?

There is a mod that adds co-op called Sky co-op, but I don't think it works with the latest version of TLD, and I don't know if/when it will be updated.

You might be able to use the time capsule to play it on older version of TLD.

It is likely installed like any other mod and use MelonLoader to run them.

One of the developers of the mod, REDcat created a installer that will install the mod, melon and all its dependencies, all you need is tld 2.01-2.02.
