ML Bear Cave missing?

Pretty sure there used to a bear cave here?  Now, just 2 corpses.

There is one there on mine. ,pre update orr course.. .  Maybe they've closed it off ready for the refresh.  

He could've just packed up and got a bigger one,as caves went it was a bit cramped. 🙂

Even prior to the date, there wasn't always a den there, just like there wasn't always one over near the Unnamed Pond, or Clear Cut...etc.  There's a handful of possible locations for a den to be spawned when we start the run/first enter the region (whenever that particular check is rolled).

On my first look at Mystery Lake - post update, I had a bear on the lake... on my current run, there isn't.

Even if the bears not there ,the hole is still there because of the Polaroid spawn chance.

That's odd.  Every run I've ever done (and that's a lot!) (that I recall), there has been a den there.  I didn't think landscape features changed between runs.

I'm going to do some new runs in ML to test this.

On my post update run the bear is spawning at the end of Mystery Lake.   I never recall anything other than a shallow recess for the ML bear.
