Ice Hole
The new sprain indicator is a welcomed indicator. Allow the player a method to reduce the chance of sprain. Or localize the sprain chance to the wrist. Simple method for mitigation is crouching. The player has feedback from the indicator then decide to crouch to be cautious while climbing slopes which reduces chance of ankle sprain. ajb1978
How about this: The heavier your boots/gloves, the less likely you are to suffer a sprain at all. Wearing ski boots, you're immune to ankle sprains. Edit: Actually I like that more and more, as I roll it around in my head. Ski boots are borderline useless. 4kg boots? Leave 'em behind. But if they made you immune to ankle sprains...suddenly I would love them. Edited May 21, 2019 by ajb1978
UpUpAway95
Yes, something the player consciously does to eliminate the risk of sprains in a situation that would otherwise put them at risk. If I could upvotee this more than once, I would.
