Wolf meat no longer bad for you

I cooked up some.wolces in the lodge on the new map. No indication of parasites after eating it. Brand new game I had no skill to offset it. I had quite a few pieces too. Bug or feature?

I have never gotten parasites by eating cooked meat.

In all my 650 plus sandbox hours.

But what level do you play on, and how much wolf and/or bear do you eat?

Yeah, I've gotten pretty sick from wolf meat in the past. I'm pretty sure in Stalker mode too.

I play stalker and you always get the intestinal parasite warning when you eat wolf/bear meat, but it generally wears off as you sleep. Never gotten the worms. Haven't played sandbox since the release though.

I am playing interloper and once had intestinal parasites threat developed into full scale parasites affliction after just sleeping overnight.

I figured that was why they gave you a percentage, seemed silly if you could eat up to 99% then just scavenge another source of food for a day. Thanks for confirming it.

Voyageur and Stalker and I eat it all the time. I eat all the meat after I cook it. I may have had it once...but it is so out of the ordinary for me that I don't recall it for sure.

 Voyager and Pilgrim don't have risk from wolf or bear meat. From the other difficulty levels I think it was still there.
