sulli Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 I was wondering if it would be possible to change the current workbench interface from having to page through all the items, to having a tab system so that we can directly choose which item to craft instead of the inconvenience of paging all the way to the end each time just to craft arrows and such.
akodo1 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I agree.or at least organize it so the items you can craft because you have all the bits for are the first ones you see.
jmraynor Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 agree the pages thing is awkward and not very helpful / is actually disorienting
Pillock Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Or maybe if you already have an item in the process of being crafted, it jumps automatically to that page, so you don't have to scroll through the whole lot every time you pause to have a drink.
Best_Leopard Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Yeah, I would at least like it to load the last page I had open instead of starting at the beginning. During a long session, I stop crafting to drink some water and then go back to work, but it's annoying to click through all the pages again.
BinaryDigit09 Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 Yes, the page navigation is not good. Especially if more craftable items are planned. Even a basic list without any sorting or categorization would be an improvement. Also, I think the workbench drawer capacity should be increased to 40kg and its contents should be available in the crafting interface, same as if they're in our inventory. And I think when you start crafting an item like deerskin boots, it should consume all required ingredients at once in-place of "in progress" boots. It's kind-of cool that it consumes items as progress goes, but it's confusing at first and doesn't seem worth it.
