A Mountaineering Rope for the Ravine Basin

I've climbed down to the Ravine Basin many times.  However, recently I've played several games where I couldn't find a mountaineering rope in Ravine.  Usually the rope is in the accessible railroad car or in or near the cave on the far side of the break in the railway.  If it's not in one of those two places, does that mean there is not one in the Ravine, or am I not looking in the right place?  (I also check the cave nearest to ML, but not there either).

I thought it's always in either of those places, but I guess they may not be entirely garantueed.

There can a rope at the destroyed lookout in ML. Otherwise you can easily take the one at Lake Overlook. It's not needed

Hi @Serenity, like you I thought there would always be a rope some were in the Ravine, but apparently not.  I did end up using the rope at the destroyed lookout.

Or get a rope from Coastal Highway. I always find one there.
