Rotable items

When i go to place an item down, its annoying when I want to rotate it but the only way I can is to set it down at an angle pic it up, turn my character around, repeat until its the angle I want it to be at. I know this seems a bit small, but it doesn't seem that hard to add, as someone who enjoys jut placing all my loot on shelves and crap I think this would be useful.

Agreed, I'm fairly anal about how I place my maple and birch to cure... would be nice to have better control on rotation to line them up.

Rotation, and stacking.  If I could stack books or cans neatly on a shelf, that would be great.
