Journal not Adding Days

Playing the new mode and I noticed one little thing my journal is not updating my days although I've survived 97 days my journal only shows 94 but I've spent three nights in a row in darkness  will the days update once the feature is done ?

I believe it will, due to the 4 days of night event, the natural day/night cycle has been interrupted, and so the days do not progress as they normally do. It'll all go back to normal come November 1^st

I was wondering how this applies to Whiteout. I have 24 days left if I'm remembering correctly, but my journal is still stuck on Day 1. Is that gonna affect weather or is it simply a kinda cosmetic bug/glitch? I already lost one save this week, not interested in losing another.

Looking forward to seeing the sun again pretty productive few days of darkness shot 2 wolves and 1 deer with the arrow on Crystal Lake and reached the 100 day mark on Timberwolf Mountain

The journal is adding days on again but is still 5 days behind actual .
