Wolfskin coat crafting bug

The wolfskin coat now takes 50 hours to craft. Surely that isn't right... Is it? I apologize if this is just by design, but that really doesn't seem right. The bearskin bedroll takes less time to craft than the wolfskin coat now.

Tested, this was not the case for me.

Crafting with a secondary tool always takes twice as long and is intended.

Just like crafting or repairing deerskin boots takes double the hours when done with fishing tackle instead of a proper sewing kit, so does the coat take 25 more hours to complete with the hatchet instead of a proper knife.
