I just had people confirm that yes, it can go both ways depending on the item in inventory. It is also not for arrows. Its general. It affects everything that stacks. Like painkillers, antibiotics and so on.

I have discovered a BUG introduced with Part 3. Preping scenario: have 3-4 arrows in your inventory, all at the same condition (for example 5 arrows of 100% condition). Test: shoot one or two arrows at a wall. Their condition drops (it can be seen when you pick them up) Result: once the 2 arrows shot are added to your inventory, they are added to your current stack. Their condition is reset to the condition of the arrows still in your backpack. This means your arrows will never degrade. I think this is a huge gameplay bug. It basically gives players arrows that fundamentally never decay because they are always reset.

Already seatched that 10 times thoroughly. The whole place not just that.

So far i can confirm that Thomson's Stew didnt spawn for my current interloper run where people say it does. Either it can spawn elsewhere on the map, bun i have combed the whole place and it isnt there. Waiting for others to either come with a totally different location for it.. or a confirmation that either not all spawn, or that there is a bug with older saves

Oh how i've been losing my mind searching for that PV Recipe. Im day 70 on Interloper and it either failed to spawn correctly, or its not where it should be... which is weird because its name basically mandates where it should spawn. I tested it on a new pelgrim and it spawned exactly where it should have. But not for my interloper run.. Anyhow, if someone finds it outside the already known location. Please share.
