An idea to make mending 5 useful / worth getting

Allow players to slightly "overheal" items, up to 105 / 110% when repairing them. Kinda like the well fed buff.

This wouldn't give them extra warmth or a bonus to stats, just a an extra buffer of durability.
Between 100-110%, the item is in perfect condition and gives you the full amount of warmth. Below that, it works as usual.

This gives a unique buff to mending, and also improves one of the fundamental issues with clothing repairs, balancing resources spent on repairs vs having warm clothes.

Other skills have unique level 5 buffs too, so why not mending? At level 4 you already have a 100% chance to repair an item successfully, which makes level 5 a bit pointless
