Transmitter Not Discovered (after finishing all DLC)

When I go to the menu with the transmitters, etc on it and click transmitters it says at the bottom of the list of transmitters that I have fixed "transmitter not discovered". I've finished all the DLC's, playing Survivor mode. Did I miss a transmitter or is this for future DLC? In addition, the map on this screen looks like the ZoC map? See attached image, cheers

There's a few that don't lead to bunkers, like the one near Hibernia, that lead to transponder caches. If you look up the transmitters, I think the wiki may list them all.

I think the OP was referring to transponder sites, not bunkers.  Admittedly, it is odd the Undiscovered one is there - perhaps for a next Part?

There are 6 transmitter towers in total, the last two don't lead to bunkers, but to transponder caches instead.
