Pass Time screen numbers

I got this strange number pop up split second when passing time. Any idea what it is?

At a guess, the pointer in the game that points at the hours to pass time (normal default 1 hour) got lost and is pointing at the wrong point in memory. 

If you  tried it I don't think your character would have been born if pass time went negative 2 billion hours.  What a way to go.  😲
