Guy stuck in chair

Hello!

I started to continue my journey and i did notice i am missing dot on the middle and also cant see anymore texts on loot or destroy material (missing HUD). 

This guy also stuck in the chair and i cant continue story!

I did try to fiddle settings, verified files and uninstall and reinstall but no luck.

Any advice?
