Moose spawn location(s) in the new DLC Areas?

Anyone find a specific location or 2 where a moose will spawn in the new DLC regions? I've been here for a while and I'm hurting for that satchel.

Early in a Voyager game I found a moose on the ice below Island Cottage.  At that time I had negligibble skill levels and equipment.  There was very little chance  of me killing it and getting that moose backpack.  It stomped me when I tried.

When I retuend better equipped I could not find the moose.
