Insomnia Not Toggle-able in Custom Game

Not sure if this is intentional, but the Insomnia affliction can't be disabled in a custom game. I would expect to see it alongside the toggle for Cabin Fever.

I realize it's not super bad, but figured it would be a good addition to the config for completeness.

Perhaps it's the game difficulty I choose to play, but in my experience, it really was a trivial affliction.

Dysentry is still there,and while it's apparently nasty I have yet to hear of anyone getting it. And it's still removable in the settings.
