Vinceofpyrenees
I remember that the old roadmap mentionned a "full seasonal" system. I know it's now obsolete. But, with the idea of DLC (after TFTFT), couldn't the idea revive? Wouldn't be great to release a "season environment per season pass" ? 2024: spring, 2025: summer 2026: autumn ? APixelatedLemon
I think seasons are off the table for TLD 1, even with DLCs... At most I think maybe a DLC can take place a bit more south where it could be warmer.

A Lamp
20 minutes ago, APixelatedLemon said: I think seasons are off the table for TLD 1, even with DLCs... HL could just add an temperature increase / decrease system, wildlife becoming more abundant / scarcer, weather becoming more favorable / harsher and increasing the duration of day / night. And that would be it for seasons. Yeah, it would take a long time to add all of this into the game, but it's still better than remaking the whole Great Bear just to melt all the snow and ice (which would create alot of technical problems for some people).
Leeanda
I'd love to have autumn in the game..it's my favourite season.😊. Partly for the storms and cold frosty mornings and partly because I know the Devs would do a beautiful job on the scenery. 2
javijungle
I sincerely think that TLD is not the game to recreate the seasonal natural environment, the explosive nature of spring requires another complete version of the game, is my modest opinion. In fact, extreme weather conditions like hot desert would not be very playable.
